X-WR-CALDESC:Description: Communication is a key to every aspect of our liv
es – personal\, professional\, and in-between. When we do it well\, we can
be effective in even the most challenging or uncomfortable situations. Co
mmunicating well isn’t all about us though. It has at least two parties –
the message sender(s) and the message recipient(s). As leaders\, we can be
really confident about how we send messages while also having the courage
and curiosity about how others will receive our message and doing the wor
k to ADAPT to others without giving up who we are. During this interactive
session\, you’ll boost your courage and confidence in your communication
through developing competence about how different people communicate.\n\n
Learning Objectives:\n•	Assess with objectivity and subjectivity their indi
vidual communication and behavioral tendencies related to approaching prob
 lems/challenges\, people/contacts\, pace/consistency\, and procedures/cons
traints. \n•	Analyze others’ tendencies of the above and potential confli
cts and opportunities between team members. \n•	Develop a beginning actio
n plan to use the information to work effectively with others.\n\nBiograph
