Executive Director
Jessica Hendricks (LT, Class 25) holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Doane University. She is a Certified Community Leadership Practitioner through the Association of Leadership Programs. Jessica has been involved in the Grand Island Young Professionals, Toastmasters, and the Grand Island Little Theatre. Prior to joining Leadership Unlimited, Jessica served as the Director of Workforce and Community Development for the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce and also as the Community Liaison for Congressman Adrian Smith.

Community Engagement Coordinator
Joseline Reyna (LT Class 35) moved from Mexico to Grand Island in 2005. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln and obtained a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Joseline has over 7 years of experience in nonprofit and advocacy. In 2020 she received the Top 35 under 35 award from the Chamber of Commerce and in 2021 she was awarded the Community Involvement & Impact Award by Connecting Young Nebraskans. Joseline is a Big and serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters. She also runs her small candy business. In her free time, she likes to travel and spend time with her family. She loves helping out in the community and encourages others to do the same.

Program Coordinator
Samantha Moss grew up on a family farm outside of Wood River, Nebraska. She attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney where she obtained a Bachelor of Education degree in Outdoor, Recreation and Event Management as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Leadership Unlimited, Samantha served as the Communications & Events Coordinator for the Grand Island Area Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on the Tri-City Storm.
