  • Executive Director

    Jessica Hendricks (LT, Class 25) holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Doane University. She is a Certified Community Leadership Practitioner through the Association of Leadership Programs. Jessica has been involved in the Grand Island Young Professionals, Toastmasters, and the Grand Island Little Theatre. Prior to joining Leadership Unlimited, Jessica served as the Director of Workforce and Community Development for the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce and also as the Community Liaison for Congressman Adrian Smith.

  • Program Coordinator

    Brian Priess is a native of Grand Island who left for Peru State College to play football. While in college, he figured out he had a strong desire to work in human services. Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. He has 30 plus years of experience partnering with others to help them find success in their lives. Much of that time was spent working in juvenile and adult probation. Brian is a graduate of the Law Enforcement Training Center, was a Domestic Violence Intervention Program Facilitator and is a Certified Real Colors Facilitator. During his time at Goodwill of Greater Nebraska, Brian brought the Real Colors training to the program, resulting in the creation of a Real Colors culture. He is ready to put his knowledge to work shaping the leadership of the Grand Island community.

  • Community Engagement Coordinator

    Joseline Reyna (LT Class 35) moved from Mexico to Grand Island in 2005. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln and obtained a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Joseline has over 7 years of experience in nonprofit and advocacy. In 2020 she received the Top 35 under 35 award from the Chamber of Commerce and in 2021 she was awarded the Community Involvement & Impact Award by Connecting Young Nebraskans. Joseline is a Big and serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters. She also runs her small candy business. In her free time, she likes to travel and spend time with her family. She loves helping out in the community and encourages others to do the same.
