Join us for a one-day leadership training designed for high school students eager to enhance their leadership skills!
Participants will:
- Develop leadership skills to be used in high school and beyond
- Network with peers from area high schools
- Engage with and learn from community leaders
- Gain skills to feel more empowered to pursue their goals
Schedule for the Day:
- 8 am: Check-in & Welcome

- 9:50 am: Breakout Session 1
- 10:50 am: Breakout Session 2

Leading With Purpose: Turning Vision Into ImpactJoin Audrey Eckert as she shares how leadership has shaped her journey and empowers teenagers with practical tools to develop their own leadership skills and positively impact their communities.
Audrey Eckert, 23, is Miss USA 2025. A social media and marketing coordinator from Nebraska, she is also a global cheer coach and the founder of the Digital Safety Ambassador Program, which empowers over 500 youth weekly to navigate social media with confidence and purpose. Through her work with a human-rights-focused fashion brand, Audrey partners with Thai artisans to use fashion as a bridge for global good. She previously placed 3rd Runner-Up at Miss Teen USA 2020.
Rooted in her Nebraska values of strength, refinement, and quiet confidence, Audrey now uses the Miss USA platform to champion digital safety and intentional leadership—proving that true power lies in turning influence into impact. She represented the United States at the 74th annual Miss Universe competition in Thailand, placing in the Top 30 of 120 countries.
